The Science and Technology Museum

Milan’s National Museum of Science of Technology nazionale della scienza e della tecnologia "Leonardo da Vinci", open since 1953, is the biggest technical-scientific museum in Italy with its total 50.000 m² and one of the biggest in Europe. In this museum you will find the biggest collection in the world of machinaries models based on Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings. The museum is visited by 500.000 people every year. There are many activities for kids and adults in its 13 interactive laboratories that will guarantee fun and culture for anyone.

The Sforzesco Castle

The Sforzesco Castle is one of the biggest castles in Europe and one of the symbols of Milan and its history. Built in the XV century by Francesco Sforza, today the Sforzesco Castle hosts the Civic Museums and since 1896 one of the biggest artistic collections in the city. Some of them are: the Pinacoteca, the Aegyptian Museum, the Ancient Art Musum, the Musical Instrument Museum, the Art Library, the Historical Archive and the Trivulziana Library.
