Cookie Policy
This information on the Cookie Policy is provided in compliance with current legislation.
To guarantee a high quality of the browsing experience of the Site and the Platform, to perform profiling activities and for the same supply of some services, cookies are used and stored on the computer or device. In particular, the use of cookies in some cases is technically unavoidable as some functions necessary for the correct provision of services could not be concretely obtained without them. Cookies are small text files that are transferred to the computer’s or device’s hard drive via the web browser to help recognize the user’s browser and, among other things, facilitate security checks and visitor verification monitoring of the Site. The Company can also use profiling tools that pursue the purpose of analyzing user behavior for marketing purposes.
The use of cookies requires the prior acquisition of the user’s free informed consent, which the Site acquires through the banner that appears on their first visit. This consent can be denied at any time by flagging the relevant check box. Refusal to consent to the use of profiling cookies will not affect the ability to access the Site, except for those functions or content that make use of these cookies.
Instead, the Company treats cookies without acquiring the user’s prior consent to: provide the service and allow navigation (so-called “session” cookies); statistically analyze accesses / visits to the Site (cookies called “analytics”); check the correct functioning of the Site and guarantee its safety; for system tests; ascertain responsibility and carry out security checks in the event of any unlawful acts and / or attacks, in particular of an IT nature, against the Site and / or the Company and / or third parties. In general, cookies can be completely disabled in your browser at any time and the “guide” in the toolbar on most browsers explains how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, request notification of the receipt of a new cookie or completely disable cookies. However, failure to use cookies can lead to difficulties in navigating the sites, hinders or prevents the provision of services and makes some security controls inactive.
